These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the CLEAN EYES website. By placing an order, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

The purpose of the GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by O'MyPlaid, in particular the conditions of order, payment, delivery, return and warranty.

The products offered for sale are those described on the O'MyPlaid website. The photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes and have no contractual value.

4. Order

4.1. Order Process
To place an order, you must select the desired products, add them to your basket, and follow the instructions to finalize the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been validated.

4.2. Product Availability
Our product offers are valid while stocks last. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you by email and offer you a replacement product or a refund of the corresponding amount.

4.3. Modification and Cancellation
Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to meet your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after the order has been processed.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products and will be added when the order is finalized.

5.2. Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site at the time of ordering. The order is validated after confirmation of payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and availability of the products. In general, delivery times are 3 to 5 working days from the confirmation of the order.

In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you by e-mail and offer you a new estimate of the delivery time.

7. Return and Exchange

7.1. Right of Withdrawal

7.2. Condition of the Products
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return costs are free for orders in metropolitan France.

7.3. Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned products, we will proceed to the refund within 5 to 10 working days.

8. Warranty

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us for instructions on the return and possible exchange or refund.

9. Liability

OMNILUXE  cannot be held responsible for indirect or unforeseen damage resulting from the use of the products purchased. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not cover indirect damages.
